Welcome to Gawker Media.

Great point. In the 50s McDonald's had what, 3 sandwich choices? My dad has told me stories of going to get a whole sack of hamburgers for himself. All that has changed is that there are now larger sandwiches. In the 50s, people would just order several burgers/fries for themselves.

Fixed it!

Loved Casino Royale, but almost anything would be better than Quantum of Solace. I saw it in theater, but honestly I can't remember a single goddamned thing that happened in that movie. Something about Solar Panels?

My wife wore a strapless gown. She's also a bit shorter than I am. The funny part is that in several of the pictures that are from above her breast line, she looks like she's standing there naked with a bunch of clothed people.

Goddamn I hate that guy

OS X Direwolf

They taking stars again?

no, I actually just return it. Not immediately. But losing $1.06 is no big deal to me.

I would say about half the movies I rent from Redbox now include unskippable TRAILERS - not just FBI warnings, but TRAILERS. Even worse, the newer dvds will not even let you FAST FORWARD the trailers. And no, the Play - Stop - Menu trick does NOT work on these.

Just what I was going to say. They absolutely must reduce, reduce, reduce. Get their catalog to 4-5 products (or christ, 4-5 product lines even). Seems crazy, but that's it. A TV, a laptop, the Playstation, a handheld device of some sort (tablet or Vita, pick ONE).

I disagree - the first major accident involving an autonomous vehicle - with human injuries or deaths - there will be legislation and calls to ban it completely. Doesn't matter if the accident rate is vastly lower for autonomous vehicles, the fact that humans are not in primary control will lead our foolish 'leaders'

Gizmodo takes creative license with their images.

Checkmate, atheists.

Zing!

So you think if Californians paid even MORE taxes than their already confiscatory rates, somehow the police department would work FASTER?

For anyone who is wondering what it would be like to actually watch this in person, I highly recommend you read this anecdote by Penn Gillette. Apparently, spontaneous sobbing is the norm.
