But I doubt Samsung or Google would file a lawsuit about it as Apple would have done had the situation been reversed.

No, it's a taste emitter. You lick to taste what is in the game.
This is to prevent someone from unplugging their XB1 from the internet, trading in a game, and merrily play it until they're actually done with it before connecting it to the internet again.
I also don't remember when CDs were ever $60 a pop.
Jesus Christ, Marie! They're minerals!
Yeah, I think that was the point I was trying to make. You gooder at words then me!
you're absolutely right. i never pay mind to what races, sexes or nationalities are represented in a game. if they're there or not, they don't really effect my experience if its a well designed game.
I feel game designers leave as many holes as possible in the protagonist's details to make it as easy for the player to immerse themselves in the role of the hero.
You'd think devs would at least aim to put out their game on Samsung's Galaxy series. The total number of those sold rival iDevices.
Holy crap, showing your true fanboy colors! Someone else's opinion on something that is any different than yours has just got to be invalid!! I loved The Duke controller, I have long fingers, and it was comfortable to me. The revised smaller controller was a critical success. Just look at the PS4 controller, it's…
Did it fall on your dog or something? It was an awesome console, with the best controllers. Also made FPS gaming on a console common place.
I think the big spec most people are glossing over is Xbox LIVE. Live was the reason Microsoft "won" last gen over Sony, and looks like that is going to happen again this gen. Sony hasn't gloated anything about adding power to PSN. Xbox Live is going to have something like 300,000 dedicated servers powering it…

Stout, don't you just love that just stating you're a little skeptical can attract so much ire of the Giz community?
Those guys are called "bros." A lot (not all) play COD because there are enough other people playing it to validate themselves playing it. If they try a new game and its too complicated (takes more than 2 seconds of effort to figure out) it's not worth it and anyone who does play games like that is a a nerd.
I define hipster as somebody who willfully withdraws themselves from something (whether it is good or not) based on how popular (mainstream) it is. They will dedicate so much free time mining the internet to discover any obscure band that no one they know has ever heard of before. The purpose is so that when they're…
Mr Wizard, but this is how some people actually think. It's scary and sad that we live in a society where we fear our neighbors, when they should be a greatest source of security.
Does those laws apply to personal use?
I honestly feel if responsible gun ownership and training was encouraged in this country, the ratio of good v. evil actions "caused" (reality check: people are the ones responsible, not the guns) by guns would start to reverse.
