Do you know what helps save money? Getting 2% back on everything you buy.

That’s all well and good if you can put down a 1/3 on a house (most can’t and it’s dumb anyway), but in a low interest rate environment, you’d be better off investing the money at say 6-8% and financing the house at 4- 4.5%. That’s just math.
