In Australia & NZ, we call anything that’s smaller than a cab over truck that has a tray/bed, a ute. Seth Effrikans call the same thing a Bakkie, wheras USA seem to draw the line at unibody vehicles.

Yeah, down under “ute” just refers to light pickups in general, no distinction between unibody and body-on-frame.
