In Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992), Justice Kennedy (together with Justices O’Connor and Souter) wrote the plurality opinion reaffirming Roe v. Wade and upholding a constitutional right to an abortion. He favors restrictions on abortions, but he’s not going to vote to ban abortions completely.

How do you know it’s not his last name that starts with a K? The article you linked to doesn’t say which name starts with a K. It could also be:

It’s not that they don’t want to ban abortion. I think they would if they could. It’s that they CAN’T ban abortion and they know it. It’s impossible. The Supreme Court would declare any outright abortion ban to be unconstitutional because there are currently 5 votes on the Supreme Court to uphold Roe v. Wade (the 4

It’s interesting that Finebaum lets his callers go on rants. In NY, where I’m from, the hosts cut off the ranters and start their own rants.

Any calls from Phyllis? She’s reliably angry whenever Alabama loses.

About a month ago, when I was in line at the grocery store, the woman ahead of me only had one item. I couldn’t tell what it was, but was wrapped up already, so it was probably from the deli or pharmacy department. The cashier was in her late 50s or early 60s and she picked up the phone next to the register to call

I agree. I like seeing it on TV, but I would not want to attend that game.

At this point, I’d be willing to force Notre Dame to change the name just to shut people like you up. If the deal is that Notre Dame drops their name and in exchange, so do the Washington Redskins, the Cleveland Indians, the North Dakota Fighting Souix, etc, I would take that deal.

As far as I can tell, he has 7 whole fingers (entire left hand, right ring, and right pinky), 2 partial fingers (right thumb and right middle), and 1 missing finger (right index). Although, I wonder what counts as a partially missing finger and what counts as a fully missing one? Did they amputate at the knuckle, down

He’s not hurting anyone or acting out in any way. Who cares if he brought a glove? It’s his way of having fun.

I know that driving home from the game after you got ejected sucks, but you really shouldn’t browse the internet on your phone while you’re driving.

More grim? I think this is actually a step up. Now, instead of just chicken and brocoli, he gets some salmon and pizza too. Plus, I would bet that the food from this delivery service is both healthier and better tasting than whatever Chinese takeout place he had been going to before.

“if you’re not 15 minutes early to a Tom Coughlin meeting, you’re fined for being late”

If only we were so lucky that the Browns were a fictional football team.

He wasn’t yelling at me. He was yelling at the head lifeguard, who was a college graduate, and the gatekeeper (I don’t know what her level of education is, but she was college aged). But still, waste of time.

Yes they do. They play #15 Georgia Tech next week, #12 Clemson on October 3, and #8 USC on October 17. That’s 3 teams in the top 15 in the next 5 games. Plus, in the last week of the season they play Stanford which was ranked until they lost last week and could potentially be ranked at the end of the season if they

Thank you. I didn’t realize that it could affect other people too. I just thought that as long as someone didn’t have any sensitive data on their computer, it wouldn’t matter if they got a virus.

This has nothing to do with food or religion, but it is about a bad customer, so I’m going to share it anyway.

I’m still not sure that’s a huge deal. Yes, getting a virus on your computer sucks and is incredibly annoying, but as long as you don’t have any sensitive data stored on it, it’s not a major problem. I guess what I’m saying is, as long as you understand the cons of not upgrading, I don’t see the big deal.

Why is it a “serious problem” that people are still using Windows XP? For a lot of people, Windows XP works just fine for their needs. Why spend money and time learning something new when the old thing still gets the job done? When their current computer finally stops working, I assume they’ll get one with the most
