In my job as a private consultant, I access several government sites (state/local) which still require Adobe Flash to be installed in order to use the sites. Is ignorant/incorrect to say that no one uses it anymore. Perhaps a better way to put it would be nobody should be using it anymore. Point being, better be sure…

I guess I’m just old school, but back in the day when these were considered climbing packs (prior to the proliferation of book bags) we threaded a velcro strap through this patch to support an ice-ax. There is (was?) a loop on the bottom of the pack that you put the shaft of the ice ax through, brought the shaft up…
