The sex scene, and the flying, damp, rainbow accoutrements was definitely a turn off for me. Vulgar, in a very unsexy way, and heavy handed.

“ And the show gives the bizarre impression that all gay people in San Francisco do is march in gay pride parades, have gay sex, and talk about how gay they are in every single conversation they have.”
This. I agree with the politics pretty much as well, and I found parts to be heavy handed (message wise) and at times, vulgar. I don’t use that term lightly because I don’t typically ever use it at all. I watch GoT and stuff, no problemo. It’s like the Wachowskis don’t know the difference between sexy and gross, and…
I accomplished that goal without even trying. ;)
Sekshul violence!
Thank you, good person, and thanks for sharing the unvarnished truth. :)
Maybe a webisode? ;)
How do I find my post replies? (I ask as I create a post so I can try clicking on my own name)

No, you’re also absolutely right about the Columbo reference too! I turned to my wife at that moment, and said, “He did a Columbo!”, which she knew, from experience, that I was referring to this scene, rather than the actual show:
Only if the currency is rope.
That “the planet Arium”,thing is something I could never, ever forget. I also remember them going around zapping people with the “gentrification gun”.
Yeah seriously. The sound of sound grapes. Somebody’s been through a tantrauma.
I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE!!!
Right, like the uncle and the voice box guy.
That is some sincere shit there, yo. Like South Park, there’s duality there. Sometimes we don’t know what to think, and that’s ok.
I didn’t agree with this being the best episode of the season so far, but geez.
Such dry humor.
Helps if you Don’t Panic.
