Heroes for Dire.

You have a gift for expression.

That really is amazing and clever.

Why does an episode need to to feel “balanced”? What does that even mean, really?

Some of us just enjoy the characters and don’t examine the plot too deeply.....except for DD S2, cos that whole Hand thing was a shitshow.

I also (for some reason) loved that she was dressed to the nines like she was J. Lo or something, rather than a wanted fugitive trying to stay low key.

I think he actually made a co0mment like “It’s not like I’m filing an insurance claim”

Yeah, I love that guy. It’s true for all these Marvel shows (for me anyway)....they have likable lead characters, so I don’t care if the framework around them is not high art.

“Ze compression settings , zey do nothing!”

All that’s totally correct, but in Mariah’s mind, she was still trying to go legit up until that point.

I love you. That is all. :)

I hated the bald guy in Supernatural, but I realized it was because he was channeling the performance (and horrible speaking voice) of the actor who previously played the role. Dude is great.

Yeah I liked the bald guy a lot, and loved they brought Peter Wingfield in as he may be my favorite actor. I liked the bollywood episode a lot, as silly as it was.

YES! I thought he was going to be running around for while, laboring under a Three’s Company quality misunderstanding...when it in fact they cleared it up right away, which I really appreciated, as a non-hack storytelling aspect.

He brings levity.

100% correct, and especially that Rossi is series MVP.

Yeah, I kept thinking Bushmaster was going to do the stereotypical villain thing and lose his temper and kill him for his backtalk....luckily they didn’t go there, and show that Bushmaster clearly has boundaries....he’s not a total psychopath cartoon villain.

I know nothing about the comics, or the character, and that’s what I thought they were doing. That she was either going to take over for Mariah or try to figure out how to super power herself.

That’s honestly what I thought was going on when he said “I am the stone that the builders refused”. I thought that meant he was a previous/less successful version of Luke (Lore -> Data for you TNG folks) and needed the herbs to supplement it/heal himself.

She spends a lot of time looking sexy/pouty and making goo goo eyes, that’s for sure. It doesn’t get any better either. I could never figure out if she was going to help Luke by providing some herbal fix for Bushmaster, or if she was going to try to take ovr from Mariah become a crime boss in her own right.
