“oooh there’s a bit of crunch!”

The American version of Coupling was called Friends.

I like how when he told her he’s the devil, again, she didn’t say “No you’re not”. She said “Not to me”. That pretty much leaves the door wide open for him to tell her/show her. Hopefully they don’t do the obvious thing and drop her off the top of a building, so his only option is to fly down and save her, but I’ll

You won’t see any of this in the comic books. Lucifer owns a club and plays the piano. That’s where the similarity to the show ends. He has zero use for humans in the comics, and he’s even blonde.

“You forgot Uranus!”

I still have it memorized.

I learned that from Linehan himself, here:

Dobby is a hottie

STRESS!!!!!!!!

Well played, so well played.

They are correct.

I’m not sure there’s much to get. I love it, but it’s totally random and bizarre for the sake of getting away with it.....which is fine for me because it is funny.

I watched Boosh because of the IT Crowd connection, with that one scene with Ayoade talking about “The Crunch” (as well as Noel Fielding), and I can tell you if you went into it with low/no expectations, it’s amazing.

“Shorter than some musicals”

Can you take that outside? This is a family establishment.

For you folks who are from the future, like me, but sure to check out Berry’s Toast of London. You pasties will just have to wait until you get to the future.

I honestly thought the front 4 episodes were better than the back 4. It takes an even darker turn in general around then....but the 1881 bits are all amazing.

You sir, are simply wrong. “Man Who Steals Incidental Items”, “Guitar Lesson”, “Silver Cowboy Boots”. The list goes on. If you watch them as clips on youtube, they might not have the same impact as seeing them woven into the larger “story” of the episode (like Mama Cass thing).

Agreed. He was fantastic, and I don’t even know his other work.
