Nobody could play an ocarina like that….'til Link came along.

HFS was great, R.E.M. songs like So. Central Rain could pop up at any time. Fuck Clear Channel and all the radio monopolies.

I've never gotten Clapton, and I play guitar.

Yes, I actually mentioned a vibraphone solo in a TMBG song, but that's a good one too.

See above. lol

What about David Lee Roth?

Sure that's not a clarinet or oboe or something? You mean during the plucked strings, right?

Seriously? Endgame has trumpet? I really musta blocked that out. I can even play that song on the guitar (not that it's hard, just saying I know it well…..also, just play a open A string, then the little 'walk up' then a C chord, arpeggiated, without the first finger note, then slide it up).

I can't believe anybody gave that guy a music video. Maybe it was specifically so they could play it on Beavis & Butthead?

Why da knife gotta be black?

Was it a sample, or did someone actually bust him out of the bitchslapatorium? I figured he was dead by now (or by then).

Have you ever heard the story about the time Phil Collins' elevating drums forgot to elevate, and he's standing on the stage, staring into this giant hole, waiting to play that fill?

I forgot to mention "any time Tori Amos touches a piano, or any time Ian Anderson touches a flute".

I only know the cowbell. Can you point it out to me plz?

Also any Primus drum solo with Herb Alexander.

Country, Bluegrass, Jazz, Flamenco. Good point. None of those genres have guitar.

That INXS sax solo is no joke, even now. They escaped 80's sucky sax, simply by not sucking.

Good times bad times lol

Is anyone really sure they're kazoos? They sure sound like it!
