So glad Corey Marshall is totally on board for Shenmue 3 (and always has been, even when it was just a pipe dream).

Yeah he totally copped out, out of fear I assume. Better to come off clever than stupid…is what I assumed he was thinking. There's no way in hell studios will studios will finance that ending, so he better get to work writing a real one this time, WITH THE FUCKING HORN.

Wow, that makes it even better!

" An expression, made in an instant by a talented actor, with inflection
in (her) voice, can speak 10 sentences of rote dialogue and description."

I certainly read it with the movie (the bits of it I had seen at the time, between trailers and Entertainment Tonight) in mind (I wanted to see that movie soooo bad when it came out, but never got to).

Yeah in the movie, the cave was missing the gift shop.

Yes, after posting, I noticed you had a ladyname, and started to think about it like someone with a ladyname might. Thinking as someone with a ladyname and a biologistbrain, which I'm doubly incapable of doing, I could see how it might be horrifyingly offensive, and a reality you wouldn't ever want to imagine being

Yeah if you read slow it would be an uphill slog, and if it keeps offending you then those 2 things it would probably offset any enjoyment you might've gotten to the point that it really wouldn't be worth your time. I can understand that.

Hey now, ZatAoMM changed my life as a high schooler. It certainly affected my way of thinking and looking at things. I did already make one joke about it in the comments above, and it was not an easy or quick read. I read 3 or 4 books during my breaks I took in between finishing it. It probably is still overrated

I love this place. That is all.

Thanks. :)

Naked Lynch with Peder Woller

Honestly though, could you see Lynch being willing to do 2 sequels to ANYTHING? I mean, I guess the Twin Peaks movie is close enough.

Yeah there's a very chicken and egg thing going on with that which is Lynchian.

I'm just gonna grab The Silence of the Lambs and run with it, cos that one that I can rep hard with no doubts at all (having read it and seen it). Haven't read any of the others but the King stuff, which always ends up being a debate.

"Sneezing guns". Sir, I would like to hug your brain.

I LOL'd IRL a bit.

The White Girls miniseries?

Still, his post put a huge smile on my face. I don't remember who Miles Teg is, but as soon as he said the name, some little man in the back of my head started doing "The Signal" from Team America, so I think I will need to go back and read the books again now. His enthusiasm is infectious, and you gotta admire that.
