Personally I’ve found the majority of Gizmodo commenters to be very thoughtful and more than willing to shut the assholes down right away. So while you’re quoting commenters, why don’t you also quote the one’s who are responding, like this person:

Protip for idiot Republicans: people on food stamps work. Some of them are even serving their country in the military.
In this case, people said that because early reports said it might be a transformer or generator that exploded, not a bombing. Brits are fully aware that terrorists can be white—this, as far as I know, is the first terrorist attack in Manchester in 1996, and that was by the IRA.
+100, good pictures.
He had to make sure you weren’t a fake geek girl. (In this case, fake sports girl.)
My position on Kendall Jenner is she peaked in 1995.
The last one. Lindsey Graham has really a particularly delightful brand of mean.
You just know Ted Cruz turned to the nearest staffer afterwards and said, “Nailed it”.
I thought that particular exchange was as brilliant an example of political rope-a-dope as I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.
She really shouldn’t bring up this subject. Kris will make her do a sextape.
Have you seen her work for La Perla? She’s not wrong that she’s hardly ever hot.
Most of the people who knew him say that he was. However, there’s a big difference between college/academic debating and political debating. Cruz seemed to lean too heavily on the latter here where the point is to create a sound bite rather than to make a point and the end result was that he failed at both.
Cruz is knowledgeable and a good debater. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He doesn’t care what the right answer is, he is only going to present what supports his arguments. His only goal is to make her look bad.
Lindsey Graham’s subtle, yet visible annoyance at the end of Cruz’s questioning almost made up for having to listen to Cruz in the first place.
What is most interesting about her is, she has all that money and her hair still looks like that. This is fascinating to me, and very encouraging, for I do not have any money at all, and my hair still looks like that.
She doesn’t have model qualities. Kind of like her brother doesn’t have actor qualities.
She probably doesn’t need a job and, as such, should feel free to try just about anything - which I would have done. Damn, I would have tried Everything!
Ohhhh Tomi. Now you’re learning what all of us former “cool girls” learned: you are not, and will never be, exempt from misogyny.
