Whenever I'm scared or sad about getting older (I'm 27), I watch old TV shows with guest stars like Joan Crawford, or Bette Davis and I think how genuinely beautiful they are as mature human beings. All dressed up, and stuff. It's glamourous to be aged and stylish to me. There's just a respect that comes with it that

I totally see where you're coming from, but do you really think that plastic surgery has made THAT much of a difference? There are still very few roles for older women with a few exceptions. Those exceptions are not women that have made themselves uncomfortable to look at... They're mainly just amazing actresses who

I'm not saying that back then there weren't pressures and alterations... I'm saying people didn't puff themselves up like the Michelin Man in an attempt to never, ever appear old(er).

You know, you have quite a point there that I don't believe I can argue. Lol. Poor Fergie.

Ahhh, you're right! I did forget her. She's a friggin' goddessssss.

I'm sure she's a really lovely lady, but I'm just so sick of looking at people with so much work done. Everyone with the puffy lips, puffy face... I know it's technically snarking, but I can't help it. It's not cute. It needs to fucking stop. It's not fergalicious. I know Fergie isn't as old as some of these legends

Thank God someone else feels the same. Rita Ora, Rita Ora, Rita Ora everywhere you go, but... What on Earth is a Rita Ora?

I don't smoke (or have a use for a lighter on the regular), but this seems like a good idea. The name really makes the idea unapproachable for me, though, and that's a real shame. If someone pulled this out, I would be impressed until I saw "LighterBro" on the side, and then I'd have to roll my eyes, get up and leave.

If I woke up from an operation or something, and I was informed that I had someone elses turd in me...

I would have a panic attack.

I'm sure I would LOVE visiting your house. Bright colours are proven to have an effect on your mood. Nothing wrong with covering your living space in happiness! I've never really associated an age with a decorating style before, unless it's what people usually refer to as "granny" or something.

Totally agree! And I'm sure one day you will have something like this. :) I won't be able to have the designer furniture, but over time I plan to replicate something like this with cheaper items and things I find. You will get what you want!

It looks really bright and calming environment. I kinda like it. I just got a new apartment, and I might follow this style of decorating. Bright and happy.

I still have no idea who this person is. Is that bad? She's everywhere, but nowhere all at the same time.

Whatever one this is... She reminds me a lot of Kim, pre-surgery. Take note, Young One. Injections are not your friend.

Oh, I apologize if I came off as attacking the lovely Southern West Coast, because I really do think it's beautiful. I didn't mean to do that. It's likely the most beautiful place in all of North America. Gorgeous.

But... What I would love to see happen is for all of the superficiality to take a backseat to what

I would be terrified. How anyone could look graceful and beautiful in that, and then not know how they were gonna make it onto the toilet on a bad day... I'll never know.

Lmao. I admit, I would probably talk about it for days if I finally came across her...

I just wanted to say that you are bang on. Wonderful statement, and I agree.

Thank you SO MUCH for your reply! You know, this is why I really love Jezebel... People can share things like that with others. I would have never known about Drag U, or WOWPresents, but I am going to ingest SO MUCH ICE CREAM while I watch every little bit of those. So up my alley right now. Thank you!!

You know, I

Those dresses are beautiful, and the trouble the girls are having with them highlights the reason for not bothering to dress like that every day, anymore.
