Personally, I just find I prefer using my Mac because it's an all-around better experience. I don't mean to say Windows crashes, or is unstable, etc. They're all on a level playing field these days.

Strange, I had no problem finding their pricing a few months ago when I helped a friend set up her iPhone on one of their hosted Exchange accounts. I think it was about $15 for 10GB at the time, not sure if they run specials frequently or not.

I'm a big fan of Easy CD DA Extractor. While it's a paid program, it's by far my favorite program because it will rip CD's to nearly any format, it will convert between all formats it supports, and it's got a great Audio CD creation app too.
