Not having kids, I don’t know how it is now. But, growing up in the 70s, breakfast cereal was a big, sugary deal. I still remember many of the commercials, the mascots, pursuing the cereal aisle while my Mom shopped picking my cereal based on the best prize inside.

Obligatory Tucker Carlson reference.

If I’m not mistaken, at one time that was the largest McDonald’s in the world. I think one in Russia beat it, and according to the article, Orlando now has the biggest.

“...until physics changes its mind.”

Bro-dozer. “Brodozer fails” search is a fun way to kill some time on YouTube. My favorite, truck lifted much more than this one, with even shorter tires. Three or four bros inside, hat on backwards, wrap around sun-glasses, mouths open.

Arizona has soooooo many specialty plates.

It took me a while to warm up to the turquoise plate.  But now I think I like it better than the yellow.

...and Kansas blows.

Nice. But I’ll always prefer yellow on blue or black California plates.

That is Awesome!

Facebook group called SteveBay, mostly bicycle related, but technically, anything sports related.  They are mostly local to Arizona, but many members will ship, at least domestically. You can find deals on about any component or part you can think of.

Sounds like some of the stuff that comes through our collective.

Assuming you’re running something like a 42 up front, I definitely wouldn’t run a cassette less than a 42 on the low gear end. My 42, 11-42 11-speed seems to be just right.

My thoughts exactly. In a relatively flat city, plenty of ratios. I love the simplicity, and they just look cool.

Be sure to check out your local non-profit bike co-op/collective. You never know what hidden gems of components you can find for cheap.

I made a spread sheet with Pandemic time. Also, Phoenix had its driest summer in years if not ever, so had a separate count for it, but not relevant now.

This fits right in to my comment on the main post.

That takes some getting used to . . .

Yeah, that 3800 pulled surprisingly strong after driving several Olds with their spec 307 V8.

That is an amazing car.
