GM is too busy sitting on their bailout billions and laughing as idiots buy their crap held together with low quality/spec parts (even bailing wire) to roll more profit out the door.

They could do the thing that Ford and Dodge did and just buy customer parts from other manufacturers and get them (that already did the work) installed on the line. Minimum work. However GM would NEVER do this because they can’t even waste a fraction of a penny on an ignition switch to not have it kill over a dozen peo

They are meant to compete with dealer markups. That’s about it. It makes people THINK they are buying a decent off-road truck, but something as pedestrian as a gravel driveway drops the airbags around the thing making about $20k in damage from driving a rut.

GM is too busy putting literal bailing wire to hold front bumpers to trucks from the factory because they are using D-F quality parts that don’t match up. Had a customer with a 22 silverado 2500 come in with their bumper hanging. Turns out that some factory worker literally spun bailing wire between the bolt holes

There is some fun to be had in a lightweight FWD car that you can spin around and pull through a corner especially on tight courses. Toe out the rear tires and pony around the inside rear wheel as the car spins itself about. It’s unique to feel the car turn the back end around when the weight transfers around under

Suprisingly fun track car. Fox body mustangs. Take a bit of cash to get them feeling planted, but they are lightweight and take to power well with a few suspension mods.
Another fun RWD sports car is a Saab 900 turbo.  They are CHEAP and can be made really fun really cheaply.

I’m not too sure of the spec series rules you are running or planing, but would raising the bar be an option for you?
If not, does the series allow a riser that puts the triangle of the broom handle over your head?

Also is it possible to get a lower profile helmet? I know thousands of types exist, but spec series tend

Good luck getting a low volume low profit margin, project car past bean counters. The i6 that chrysler has would be amazing, but good luck getting chrysler to make anything not based on a 20 year old platform. Especially one that they would have to crash test with the larger engine and transmission. Hell they could

The car was made to fix an exact box in the EU.  The dimensions mean it was classified as a specific class of car and got cheaper rates for parking and insurance.

They could have just tarped the area and flooded it wit a few inches of water and built some fountains into the area to make it SOMETHING other than a cheap raised platform to cover trailers/skids for the boats.

The whole experience ends up feeling PERFECTLY Miami. A good idea, with half-assed execution, at a premium

It’s not like you CAN”T use one feature from tesla when needed and another feature from your phone when needed. The MASSIVE screen and excess compute power that the Tesla has to run the AA/CP software in a tab isn’t an issue at all.
Outside from Tesla not wanting so spend the licensing money, there isn’t a reason its

So a model S/X then? They have a gauge cluster screen in front the driver.
Also the Tesla shortcomings is why I bought an etron. SOOOO much better made and the car isnt tripping overself to sell tech (at a monthly subscription) to me at every turn of the key... err press of a button.
Sure  spend that $10k on purchase

The sole reason for using the Tesla maps is the charge network updated on the car. You can seamlessly plan routes almost anywhere. (fuck Alabama and Mississippi)

Because indexing through songs and between apps on the tesla UI on your phone is straight garbage. Gotta pick up the phone and fuck around with it to get what you want on. Carplay literally puts the controls at your finger tips on the screen. The Tesla has enough screen space to shove the UI into a box on the bottom

So the before Cash -4-clunkers?

Feed it a quart of high mileage with a tank of premium.  Non ethanol.

Nice enough to keep it stock, cheap enough to make it fun.
Fella round here gutted one, channeled it, and sat the shell over a totaled r32 skyline roller.  That thing HAULS!

Out here, I am seeing $80k+ GM trucks sold without the heated, vented seats, trailer sensors, traielr cameras, and even the BSM stuff. Also seen them rolling trucks onto dealer lots with bumpers half mounted, or the mounts needing some strips of pre-drilled aluminum shoved in to fill the space necessary because they

Too expensive. If Nissan couldn’t convince the brass to get away from the tired 350Z platform, they weren’t gonna convince them to allow development of a tuning flap in the exhaust.

I was REALLY excited for this car. Then it turned out to be a 370 with a body kit...
Looking at it more and more you can see the still cramped interior for a larger roadster (smaller than a miata) and laughable storage options abound carried over from the 350/370. Hope the trunk is a bit more livable (say a large
