If only there wasn’t a MUCH better and cheaper alternative already in the market. A transit van from the EU market can be has an EV, diesel, or hybrid. The steering is already on the necessary side, the vehicle was already developed, the crash regs were already largely passed.

That job is MUCH better served by used kei trucks.

Side by sides for work exist because the companies pressed lawmakers to slow the import of off-road only Kei trucks to farms and ranches.

There is a line between wanting one, and having the money for one. Typically people with $30k+ to piss off on a less functional Kei truck have more than enough sense to buy one. Then again I see a lot of these around the place. Same as the Mall Rated overland Jeeps.
