Think that one has a more upright seating position. The miata has the seat LOW to make the car feel more planted to the driver. That sadly leaves less room for legs through seat height changes.

The credit should only apply to full battery only EVs. Hybrids are the gray area there to push sales.
Also I can’t see a reason for buying this over a Hyundai or Kia EV.  It offers NOTHING better.
