I have an idea. Let’s take every book, movie, poem, song, and piece of art and put it in front of a committee of woke progressives. If any member of the committee finds any aspect of it “offensive,” you can ban it and make sure no one ever sees it again. This will include blog posts, news stories,, and documentaries.

Thank you.

I don’t think the place to call people “trailer trash” is in a comment thread about discrimination. There are plenty of fine people who live in trailers including people of color.

I don’t need someone to tell me how to view a film. Has anyone honestly ever watched Gone With the Wind and thought that slavery was great and we should bring it back? Give people some credit for being able to distinguish a film from reality.

I hope you never need the police to help you.

You should acknowledge that NBC investigated Tracy and cleared him. I don’t like him, but you should be better than this.

I think I really missed the boat. I can restructure my company so that it produces no products or offers services at a loss. It’s got to be worth some number of billions at that point. Who knew that Uber, Lyft, and Nikola had the right ideas all along.

How dare they deviate from the accepted groupthink, progressive doctrine, and policed language. Better cancel them too.

41% of households own guns, and there are 17 million concealed carry permits. That’s an enormous number.

It’s unfortunately the same with any union. Teachers’ unions keep awful teachers around no matter how terrible they are. The UAW keeps lazy workers around no matter how badly they perform their job. The problem with police unions is that when the police screw up, it’s usually a life or death matter.

They trashed the worst examples with body damage and pulled batteries and other usable parts out of them before they were destroyed. The functional vehicles are all being shipped to Los Angeles for the BlueLA program.

I can’t wait!

Any evidence that Feenstra is a “regular racist” or is this just your usual level of journalistic “integrity?”

People will need more cars when they move out of the cities that have been looted and burned. The mass transit systems are concentrated in the cities.

They should have been punished, but putting them out of business is just going to make things awful for the rank and file who find themselves unemployed. There are already way too many jobless people, so don’t make it worse.

I don’t understand why I have to either be against police murdering an unarmed man or rioting and looting. Why can’t it be both?

IANAL:

I understand your argument that it’s a small amount of money for the company. I think the problem might be that, if they pay them more than is obligated in the contract, it could invalidate the contract. If the contract isn’t enforced at this time, then when something really egregious happens, the UAW can say

Despite the fact that American Honda prohibits dealerships from charging a separate fee for the seven-year, 100,000-mile warranty included with CPO vehicles, Bronx Honda charged customers “certification fees” of up to $1,995 for the coverage. Additionally, the FTC accused Bronx Honda of passing on to CPO customers the

I understand that companies wouldn’t want to do something against their financial interests without legislation. What I do not understand is that it doesn’t seem to be the case here. Consumers have expressed a desire to buy more fuel efficient vehicles, and manufactures are trying to design and build those vehicles.
