I always took the side pipes to mean it needs a new exhaust. Leaking from all sides of the tubes. It's a slug but I had to vote NP.
Unfortunately, those in smaller towns and cities will never know what it is like to own one of these hydrogen cars. The infrastructure will not be competent enough to handle it.

I live 20 minutes from Strasburg. I had shown this car to my fellow jalop reader and his immediate response was put it out of its misery. It has been on our local CL for months.
