Meh, just digitise the shit out of paitings. Print it and than seal away the original in an airtight container (possibly for eternity) so it won't get damaged.

I let my employees use them. Sitting in the office/shop is bloody boring when nobody is coming to discuss business/buy something+they complete their tasks so I don't see a reason why I should make them hate coming into work even more.
