I don't know jack about photography or how things work so this will probably be nonsense: but shouldn't it be possible take a picture with the pose, then take a long exposure picture so you can capture the bang and then finally butchering the the two together in a photo editor?

Meh...I liked Bleach, but became disillusioned. The pacing in the manga was horrible, there were chapters when literally nothing happened. After Kubo stated that he'll continue Bleach forever, if he's allowed, I stopped reading altogether.
