That’s funny and all, but there are lots of young or at least younger people who buy into that garbage. They might not be watching Fox News just like young liberals aren’t watching MSNBC, but they’re just as engrossed in the propaganda. They just theirs online.

What did you expect from the guy who trashed a Vietnam vet and a Gold Star family only to increase his support?

Because they stand for nothing except getting theirs and being in power.

So who is the FBI planning on installing as leader in this coup, or is Fox News still hashing that out with test audiences?

I was saying “Booooo-urns.”

I honestly would be surprised if even the GOP senators voted to expel him based on a single incident (if there are others then that may change things). A lot of them are probably worried about incidents from their own pasts coming up, and they’re not going to want to set the precedent of expulsion except for a pattern

That was also 50+ and 20+ years ago. There’s been a fair amount of development around women’s rights and harassment. Hell, it was in 1991 when sexual harassment in the work place largely became a national talking point when Bush (a Republican) nominated Clarence Thomas (a Republican) to the Supreme Court, and Anita

I guess this is the difference between a decent guy who did a dumb, gross thing and dumb, gross guys?

If no other accusations against him come out, I think he should keep his senate seat. He made a really stupid mistake and that picture is disturbing but I believe he is sincere in his response and this incident shouldn’t undermine or overshadow his career.

Hitler inspired an entire sick and twisted movement that somehow still exists to this very day. He may not necessarily be “the most evil person in history” (although he’s surely right near the very top) but the fact that Hitler still has such a lasting legacy makes him even more evil.

Just don’t let Oliver Stone make it first...

And that’s exactly how he’s going to spell it on his resumé once he’s out of office.

This is not meant to condemn or condone Michael Jordan or Taylor Swift. Is it meant to point out how the current Republican party is at the very, very least trying not to alienate white supremacists, and has been courting their support through rhetoric and policy since Nixon? ... No comment.

You know you’ve hit hard times when you can’t even keep an unpaid gig at The Daily Caller.

“How long ya workin’, Joey?”

The difference is that this seems to be focused on making fun of Nazis, whereas the SNL/David thing was a tasteless and terribly unfunny bit about Holocaust victims.
