I ask because I rebuild carbs for Honda 4 cylinder bikes (done via mail) and having talked to many of my Cali customers they say removing Cali emissions are not a problem as their bike is so old it is excluded from smog checks. That car is knocking on 40 yrs old so surely it is exempt?
