How does that air filter come out?  Does it just slid straight out or do you need to undo a clasp somewhere?  Also what is that cross stitched material on the fire wall?  That’s some next level crazy to have the firewall match the interior.

I will watch whatever dogshit movie/show they put out with that character in it.

If you cannot safely execute a pass on a two-lane road without exceeding the speed limit, you are not legally allowed to pass. A speed limit is a limit applied to the speed at which your vehicle can legally travel. 

what happens when they decide to just shut off your car. Sure, maybe it’s not a possible scenario now, but what about in the future?

I think they’re trying to stop people killing each other.

Hell here in Austin, we have an 85 mph stretch of highways and everyone is doing 95-100 safely on those!

Something I noticed while driving in UK is that they generally drive the speed limit. Americans swear that Europeans are better drivers because of training, but my observations are that they are far more likely to follow laws.

Be as stupid as you like on your own property, when you aren’t putting the lives of others at risk. You have every right to pursue your own happiness, until it puts the life or liberty of others at risk.

I used to live in Nevada where 85 MPH speed limits exist. The extra danger and fuel consumption isn’t worth it. I’ve been noticing semi trucks are increasingly getting much faster as well, which is a huge issue. 

IMO, this bill doesn’t go far enough. All new cars should have a hard 80 MPH limiter on the street, and the national highway speed limit should never exceed 70 MPH.
