Tesla’s stock price and valuation stopped making sense in a long time ago in terms of the size of the company and overall market share. There are so many promised breakthroughs and “later this year” items already priced into the current valuation that I think everyone has simply lost track of what has already been

I think this would make the fan theory* that he’s playing Hugh Jackman and being forced to be Wolverine by Deadpool all that funnier.

Practical, smactical.  We live in a world where the third Guardians movie can be centered around a talking racoon.  I think movie magic can allow for Hugh to be sleeveless whilst protecting him and his stunt performer.

We conveniently left out the rest of the sentence, “...in terms of it’s appearance and staging,in order to make our non-existent point didn’t we?

What? Obviously it’s not one of the ones that exploded...

The sphere is effectively an outdoor electronic billboard, that probably runs on Windows, and functions as a secondary or mirrored display. So I wonder how long it’ll be before the Sphere looks like this:

Bronco Sport is based on the Ford Escape, a unibody crossover with no low range. The Land Cruiser will be body-on-frame with a transfer case. No shock that Toyota isn’t doing a removable roof, but otherwise it’s far closer to the Bronco / Wrangler than a Bronco Sport.

No, I think it’s important to highlight the stupidity of Musk replying to all media inquiries with a poop emoji. It’s not Gizmodo’s fault he’s a child.

Of course there is. Everyone should be constantly reminded that Musk is a moronic man-child who refused to employ a comms staff.

My god this guy cannot be a bigger tool.

While it appears to be an accidental slipup by Musk, it’s also entirely possible he dropped the info on purpose to get people to stop talking about the Twitter Blue catastrophe.

If the child is X, it stands to reason that his father would give him a $300 chrome Starship model to play with.

Can we please discuss the fact that “Ermnmusk” could phonetically be pronounced as “ermine musk” because I am weirld fascinated at that choice.

I’ve always thought of current US automaker “pony” cars as the following high school stereotypes:

I agree with you — the base Charger is decent transportation, but you can also buy an Accord or Camry for the same price. Not sure how I would ever justify driving a base Charger instead of an Accord / Camry.

Porsches and Miatas are fun cars to drive and many people would tell you that’s all that matters.

Sure. BUT you can’t fall off your car and lose all your skin. And it’s a lot easier to, like, take a dog to the park or pick your kids up.

My grievance is the slideshow format. Airing my grievance provides no satisfaction.

Ohhh, big spender, $30,000. Soooo fawncay!

You want terror, how about a $5,000 Maserati. That’s put some hair on your chest.

Can we all take a moment to cringe at this headline?
