I don't know about that, I can think of at least one German butt that I would like to follow around:

I will bet 1000$, and I say this as an owner of TWO old german cars with over 200k miles on them, it will be something electrical that goes wrong first.

I take it by that statement you don't count the current R?

Looks like Fanno caught one behind the rocks @ snapper.

Let's just say I'll believe it when I see it...

No, no. I want that powertrain in a Volkswagen Scirocco. And I want available in the US.

I'd at least give them this

It will be bought by 300 customers and VW will never make an Über Golf again.

Shut. The. Fuck. Up.

I'm really, so sorry, but when was the last time VW announced anything cool followed by the words "it will be sold in North America" AND actually followed through on it?

Wait.. is this from the same VW that says it'll sell a diesel, AWD stickshift wagon in the US?

I love when the British use terms like "washing up liquid." It's just so cute cuz it instantly gets read wih a British accent.

Please solemnly swear to keep this shift knob.

Don't confuse commuting culture for car culture. Cars are great. Choosing to experience the country from a car, since it was largely designed for it, is a great experience. Obviously, living somewhere that forces you to get stuck in your Camry at 20 mph for hours a week isn't, but that's commuting culture.

I really like this, even if it is about cars.

It's not rape if you yell surprise!

My friends and I used to cultivate coral the same way to sell and trade from our own reef tanks. After caring for one, it really opens your eyes to the disastrous impacts of all the random garbage and chemicals we toss in the ocean. Also:
