My go figure dropped with outlaw and rampage. It’s my second favorite gun in the game and I hated pulse rifles in D1 and vanilla  D2. That being said I wish I had your problems, that’s a lot of shards to buy cores with!

If you get a year 1 drop it does have random perks you are correct. If you remake it from your collection it is year 1 tied off.
