I’m no Trump supporter, but to be fair... I live about 30 minutes away from that stadium, and have lived in Texas my entire life (except for a year in Oakland), and I didn’t even notice the flag until someone else in the comments pointed it out.

It’s typically department policy to have officers’ guns loaded with the safety off, even while they’re holstered. Forgetting your safety is on, when it’s truly a life/death situation, may cost that extra half a second that gets the officer killed.
