I like how the first batch of responses to that tweet are all “Oh the league hates us!”, “They’re just trying to get back at Al Davis for making the league look bad all those years ago!”, then there’s the dude like “Why is this in all-caps? Why is it center-aligned?”.

If the purpose of the release was to try to score a record deal, that seems like it could fall under “commercial”. Things you do to build your “brand” can have value, even if the thing itself is not directly bringing in dollars.
