If you ignore the bugs, is ACU worth playing? Huge AC guy here, and I've been enjoying it so far and had barely any bugs.

This is the coolest thing Microsoft has done in a long time.

Hopefully not. That would unbalance the playing field

So are these DLC expansions basically a separate game, complete with a story campaign? For the $50 price, it seems like it's priced as much. I didn't play the COD Ghosts DLC, but it seemed like it was basically that.

Not a huge RPG guy but Fallout 3 was one of my favourite games ever. I probably sunk over 150 hours into and even bought all the expansion packs. For some reason I passed on this game... is it worth playing? (I'd be getting it on 360, not a PC gamer)

In other news, Deadspin piggybacks Simmons name (again) for clicks on story that's not a story.

Was Bradley's move really that controversial? He failed to make an impact in the EPL, and was only going to be a bit-part player at Roma.

Simple question to the masses.

If I ignore side quests, and focus entirely on the main story... how long will this game take?

There's much to "do" in Inquisition, but how much of it is meaningful? Sorry to point fingers, but how much are we to blame? Given how we talk about games, how much weight we put on length being a determination of quality, aren't we encouraging this behavior? We expect an RPG to be dozens, if not hundreds, of hours

As I've gotten older and personal responsibilities mount up, I have less time to spend with my favorite hobby. It means I've come to value shorter, efficient experiences. But I'll still make time for sprawling games requiring dozen of hours to complete, as was the case here. Whenever Bethesda decides to ship another

Another year, another long and unnecessary dissection of Destiny.

One of my favourite articles every year... although I'm not sure why haha

I stopped watching the NFL when I was old enough (12/13) to realize what a shame it is. I realize sports is a business, but the NFL takes it to new levels. The players, owners, league are all a bunch of scumbags that do EVERYTHING possible to squeeze out every cent out of fans. Case in point - NFL games shouldn't take

You didn't play Sunset Overdrive. You just watched trailers and read reviews.

I can sign in. on any mode and get a match basically right away. There's no waiting around in a lobby, ever.

There's a pretty nasty attitude within the online gaming community.

Glad to see South Park: Stick of Truth getting some love. The early year releases usually get overlooked.

Hope to see Sunset Overdrive getting some nominations from other Kotaku writers - game deserves as many plaudits as it can. Most fun game I played in 2014.

"Sure, Assassin's Creed Unity kind of sucked.."

Yeah.... I'm not a sponsored post is really the place to blatantly attack a game like this. Aren't you guys trying get dat click-through revenue?

Nobody plays Titanfall anymore. There wasn't much to play in the first place, so everyone soon got bored and moved on. But I remember just how good it was when everyone was playing. The thrill of stomping around in a Titan may have sold the game, but it was your skillset as a pilot that really got me. I had way more

I think part of the reason people got so down on Assassin's Creed Unity was because this game came along and ate its lunch in terms of player control, stealth options and enjoyable combat. But Shadow of Mordor does so many other things so well: the nemesis system is more of a game than the actual story, and that
