best way i’ve found is to go to a ‘hip’ part of town, spend a couple hours at a smallish bar and either wait for some folks who look like they smoke to walk in, or ask a friendly bar tender! Has worked for me in the UK, any larger US city (and some smaller ones), Australia... Just gotta pick a divey/hipster type spot.…
