As a Bear’s fan I still feel like they made the right choice moving up and getting Trubisky. Throwing 50 touchdown passes and winning playoff games are just a part of what QB’s need to do for their team.

Be careful what you wish for Giant’s fans.  It easy to daydream about great QB’s replacing him but it’s more likely that they will actually replace him with a worse player.  Playing NFL QB is tough and though I’m no Eli Manning fan I don’t think it’s super easy to even replace his level of play.

The wisest decision would be to sell the team and just have each member get a share.  I know it will never happen because it would require sharing and it would involve some forward thinking and looking at the future of football but it would be the smartest move.

What’s wrong with teams paying smugglers to bring in players?  The smuggler’s get paid right away and the team gets a young prospect.  Sure there are laws that might be broken but isn’t there an unwritten rule about the team with money gets the players they want?  Doesn’t that rule kind of like negate US law?
