I think it looks okay (probably better in person) and the specs are decent, but they didn’t show the interior? I just hope it doesn’t have the two-screen bs Acura infotainment. Keep it simple, Acura.

Yes! It’s a 5 door!
In the announcement they said it would start at $30k. This is a replacement for the ILX, not the TLX. Based on your logic, it would have to stay under the $37k mark.
This is what I was thinking too. However, I will be disappointed if the only interior option is black leather.
I’m not the first to say it, but these articles are why I come to Jalopnik. Also, I just can’t stop laughing at the outboard motor!
I decided to try it as well. Search didn’t give me results, just immediately asked me to install an extension. Closed window, and now searching for Lily Allen on my phone because that sounds nice!

My grandmother bought a Jeep Cherokee after a lifetime of sedans, and says she can’t reach and get the tailgate closed very easily. For most people the power hatch is dumb, but for a few it makes life much easier.
Yikes...

Came here to say this. Why did they honk as they were going through the crossing? Most trains I have experienced would have been honking that whole video.
Probably so PR can state in 3 years that they are removing the manual option because it wasn’t popular.
Correct. I think maybe it loses some voice-activated things, but no one really wants that anyway. I’m happy to have a simple system that includes Android Auto/CarPlay and not much else.
That brings the Focus’ tech in line with what you’ll find on the screens of the new F-150, Mustang Mach-E, Bronco and Maverick.
When I was buying an Elantra GT, I actually looked into finding a Canadian one instead, because they were available with panoramic sunroof and a manual transmission, as well as a heated steering wheel and red seat belts (none of that was offered in the US). But I couldn’t find one, and time ran out. So instead, I…
It’s $75, not $50...
