Also, with BSM you get cross traffic alert, which is really useful in a parking lot when you are parked between two giant SUVs (which are 50% of what you find in parking lots these days).

Actually, the GT is probably a better value than the Club now, because:
I agree fully with this. I had a 2012 Miata Sport for a few years and LOVED it. Biggest regret of my life is selling it.
Is this the same reason that the Jeep Grand Cherokee has FOUR reverse lights, but uses the brake light as a turn signal?
That makes sense. Thanks for the clarification!
This was my first thought as well. However, if no one buys them new, there won’t be many used ones available either.
OMG! I’ve been waiting for someone on this site to write about these. The first time I saw them, I thought they were kinda cool. Then I realized that they do what all crappy American taillights do, and that’s unnecessarily omit a whole brake light when the signal is on. The Ram 1500s with the fancy LED lights do this…
I used to have an old Mazda in college that would consistently break the key in the door. I locked it at school, but not at my parents’ house, because they lived in a super safe neighborhood. One Fourth of July, all three of our cars had the radios stolen. Since then, I have never left my car unlocked.
I also agree!
I’m going to also assume that the tweet based the range off they highway MPG. The range on fueleconomy.gov is based on the combined MPG, not the highway. So, if it has a 18.5 gallon tank (same as the C7), then the EPA range will be 350 miles. Unless they gave it a 26 gallon tank???
My parents owned a ‘97 C-Class that was a pretty nice car, and had few issues (other than the interior constantly falling apart), but they have not owned a MB since. I had a 2011 BMW Z4 that I adored but couldn’t afford the cost of maintenance. It needed a $400 battery at 50k miles, tires every 15-20k miles, new plugs…
“No, you’re not. You’ll be stone dead in a moment.” -BMW, probably.
Ha! I’ll agree with you on that one.
Ew no. It’s a Kia Rondo.
How many of these will get towed from the public charging stations because other EV owners will think they are getting ICEd?
Looks to me like a fox body Mustang.
They are all Mercedes vans in my area... so maybe it’s regional?
I also feel very strongly about door pulls. I was extremely disappointed with Mazda for having them in the NC Miata, but not the ND. Even more pissed when I found out the Fiata does have them! The ND is very uncomfortable for the passenger anyway, at least give them a place to hold on.
I live in Ohio, so not the same market, but I did a 10 second cars.com search for “Used, Convertible, Manual, Max $40k” and did a sort by Price High to Low. The third car on the list (after a Viper and 190SL) was a red 2008 Carrera Cab manual with 41k miles... So to me the answer is, just get another 997!
So where do you find all these i30 mods? I have a ‘18 GT Sport DCT and I would love to get a heated steering wheel. I’m always looking for mods, but find Hyundai upgrade parts harder to find these days.
