I went to an independent for awhile and he did good honest work. But then his business hit a rough patch and he started charging for work he didn’t do. So I stopped going to him and his shop went out of business.

I had a 77 Chevette. I bought it used and something went wrong with it after about 6 months. The top speed was reduced to 47 mph from something in the transmission I think. By then I hated the car so much I got rid of it without ever finding out what the problem was. Still better than the Citation though.
