“superior user interfaces”? Bullshit. That’s like saying a hammer is superior to a screwdriver. It’s about the right tool for the job. Is the best way to play the original Super Mario Bros on a cell phone with a touchscreen?  

If it takes a lot of effort it indicates poor design, if it doesn’t it indicates a lack of willingness to listen to customer feedback. Either makes Sony look bad. The fact that they were able to implement real names shows that this feature is possible. They could allow people to create aliases, still key off PSN IDs…
