OOOO Vanilla! Very edgy Kit-Kat.

***SNIF*** I think I got some brie in my eye....

So embarrassed! Thanks for the reminder.

How about some different pancakes? Some Finnish Pannukakku perhaps?

In college (and now actually) you only went to Subway if you were short on funds and had a coupon. There are just so many better chain and mom and pop options.

I have come to the conclusion that the TakeOut needs you to start a food advice column. Not in the realm of what Salty is covering but things like “What veggies go well with Ardvark?”

Good point, I guess I don’t completely evacuate all of the air.

Since the average person is not equipped to inject gas into the bag (nitrogen I think?) and reseal the bag, then then next best thing is to vacuum out the air and seal them in the bag they came in. Moving them to a zip lock bag is no good because the material zip locks are usually made of can “breath.” Use the

I feed my old guy Buddha twice a day a mixture of his wet and dry food, boiled chicken breast and cottage cheese mixed with his meds. I have to feed him on a plate because he is a short snout dog and bowls can be a challenge.

At the one Popeye’s I will go to the quality has gone way down. I was lucky enough to get a chicken sandwich before they ran out the first time around and it was great. Now when I got in there is a pile of pre-made sandwiches and, as with all fried food, time is not their friend. I have heard Popeye’s are better run

I gave up “sweets” and sugar and sugar substitutes for 21 days just to show that I could do it. My rules were a bit flexible, ketchup was ok but flavored creamer was a no. PB was ok but no J. No cake, pie, ice cream or chocolate, but plenty of fruit. I used the same approach I used when i quite smoking in that I would
