Protein Shakes are garbage, filled with sugars & artificial sweeteners which keep the addition to sugar going. The protein in any protein shake is low grade processed and refined. It’s crap.

UGH missed it!! This is so up my alley, I've done damn near every workout program from beach body. I just wrapped up my 1st round of P90X3 last week. I've had Fitocracy pretty much since it's inception, it was recommended by a friend of mine knows the folks who created it.

Yea if this isn't Roku app compatible, that will suck! I have 3 roku's in my house and we all use them, it'd be awesome to select the user profile upon launching netflix on the roku! I got super excited and then super sad once I came to the realization that it may not work for the roku.
