Yeah, it’s really not that hard. DVR the event and stay off websites that might cover it until after you’ve watched. That’s what I do for F1 and European soccer leagues. It works every time.

I agree with you in principle but having a surrogate national team can be just as a bad as rooting for the US. You get DFB as team by heritage and that’s awesome for you. But by heritage my team would either be England at best or Scotland at worst.
