These are both great.
You guys got me listening to Teenager of the Year. So there’s that. Having listened to the album about a thousand times since its release, Olé Mulholland now seems like a mini-masterpiece. It’s like the Frank Blackiest of songs.
I definitely find more highs than lows. There are certainly skippable tracks like Fiddle Riddle, but overall most of that album is gold for me. Maybe it just depends on your weirdness tolerance.

I’ve seen him twice and he’s a great live performer. I’m pretty excited about this new tour, though I won’t get to see him until August.
Maybe once a year I stumble across an electronic album that piques my interest. So far, it appears to be A.A.L. (Against All Logic) 2012–2017. I guess I’ll have to check out Nicolas Jaar’s back catalog.
