The way Royal Oak were writing the tickets resulted in the person receiving a misdemeanor. A lot of tickets were issued to people with unmodified exhausts. So fighting the ticket is absolutely necessary. The whole thing was a joke. I completely avoided Royal Oak  the dream cruise.
