I know ships aren’t the fastest things in the world, but they had roughly 2 weeks from the time of the grounding until the fuel started leaking. In that time frame, no one could send some sort of small tanker, or really anything capable of holding fluid, to try to remove the fuel from the ship?

To be fair though, the 2 cars are focused on 2 very different things. I cross shopped the WRX and 18MY Mazda3. The interiors of the 2 are night and day.

Neutral: For almost any purchase, all else being equal (quality/price), I would choose a product from a democratic country virtually every time. Secondarily, I’ll choose a product from a smaller, developing country before China every time.
