2nd gear:

$kay is a woman (unless it’s guy that been part of an elaborate ruse for years and years). Not saying it makes the joke that much better, but... eh.

lol they do. does it really have any affect on you?

Nissan gave $100k to help rebuild Notre Dame and you are chiding them?  They we're under no obligation to donate a penny, but they ponied up a shit ton of them to rebuild a landmark in a foreign country.  Give 'em a pat on the back and move on.  How much did whatever fucking company that owns jalopnik donate?  How

They will meet monthly.

They’re still going to cost, what, $30k? For a bed that I can’t even put a hockey stick in and less actual utility than a crossover (I can’t believe I just wrote that)? What’s the fucking point?

So yeah, they’ll probably sell like crazy.

Kill me now.

nah. in the midwest, the targets they’re comparing to are almost exactly right.

You may actually have a point about the range numbers once this thing is loaded... but I suspect that it wont be much different than the difference youd get with a gas vehicle.

Most importantly, pickup buyers want big-ass grilles. Where’s the humongous fucking grille, Rivian? Are you even trying to compete??

Why are they aiming for all the wrong targets?

I believe this will greatly reduce depreciation on the 2018s, so any savings on a 2017 now may be passed on to when it’s sold. The 2017s are basically the same car, but from a value standpoint the 2018

I think the ScatPack cars are really the best value over the Hellcat/Demon.

I think the R buying case can be more accurately made against its Audi counterpart rather than comparing it to its VW GTI cousins. Many make the point here (and correctly) that in a lot of ways it is hard to justify the ~$10k premium over a GTI and they are correct. However, a shopper looking at the Audi marque who is

In my experience Rs do hold their values pretty well. I had my MKVI R for 3 years and 45K miles and it cost me less than $8K in depreciation brand new off the lot. Based on what I saw GTIs going for at the time it would have been somewhat similar 6-7K depreciation.

But is it going to suck

As a resident of Tampa Florida and perpetual apologist for the Florida Man trope, I’d like to point out that this astonishing skullduggery happened in Las Vegas - which is ...

That’s not a fox body. You’ve now angered the Mustang crowd. You should go into the witness protection program ASAP.

There is no rational basis for speeding tickets (including automated ones) other than local revenue and the corrupt insurance industry.
