I immediately said I would be calling Ford Corporate and CC them and the assitant manager.…

The ST was probably bad injectors. My 13 that I bought brand new and only ever put premium techron in, ate all 4 injectors before 40k miles. All fixed on powertrain warranty. My dealer was amazing and I had a brand new F150 the whole time, 0 out of pocket. I sold the car but Ford scored a win in CSR.
