That’s a strange way to spell The Mets Gary, Keith and Ron.

Counterpoint: No

Why are guns the problem instead of the actual shooter? No one holds them accountable, instead it’s all about how it’s sweet justice because Republicans want gun access to be easy.
What happened to personal responsibility in this country?

Oh ok so lets call them a Marxist scumbbag, which is what half of liberals are nowadays.

While we’re at it, let’s make heroin illegal too, that way we can end overdose deaths.

Politic guy is a douchebag who no one should waste their time on and ideas like his are why we all hate each other.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? This amazes me.

That may be true, but the music these kids are listening to today is objectively worse than what was on the radio while I was growing up.

I (and I hope many others) don’t really have any issues with the visible MTA people. It’s the invisibles. The ones who work in offices or in management or are rarely seen by us. I can tell you 100% for a fact there are people who work in the MTA who are taking advantage of overtime, and not in a good way. They don’t

Don’t argue with people in bars. I live by that rule. Alcohol, glass, hardy furniture, people boozing because they have a bit less to lose than when they are outside the bar...not a good recipe.

Can we agree that the topheavy margarita glass\martini glass is an awful design? I feel like they designed it knowing that there would be a good chance that the drinker would knock it over, thus needing to buy more booze.

Thank you! We have plenty of money in the government. Start spending it wisely!

Eh, I’ve always taken those grades with a big grain of salt. While I agree we’ve been short funding our infrastructure for decades (and it is a major fucking problem) I’m not just going to accept ‘grades’ from an industry group whose members’ livelihoods are reliant on state and federal infrastructure funding.

Whenever I’m in conversation with people about state of the MTA, I always tell them the story of how my uncle was making about $90k a year working a ticket booth in Long Island Railroad stations by the time he “retired for medical reasons” (his ailment would be described accurately as chronic Irish flu).

It’s not unfair. The NFL is a business. Players, coaches and owners all say it. Players talk constantly about their “brand”. Kaps brand sucks. He single handedly ran fans out of the stadium in SF. Everywhere he played he was booed NONSTOP. They booed him at sports bars. Sports radio blasted him in his HOMETOWN.

Neighbors with dogs. First thing I do when I go to buy a house is walk right through the house, go out in the back yard and look over the fences for dogs. If I see a dog I leave. Drives the real estate agents crazy.

Regardless of who is responsible for paying for it-spending money on deferred maintenance doesn’t get votes, so it will never be a priority. For any politician. What does get votes is big shiny new stuff that they can get a photo op with. New switches in the MTA? No votes there.

IDK what this is, but I am dying with laughter.

I haven’t gone full socks and sandals yet

It took me until my mid-40's to reach the Zero Fucks stage, and boy is it nice.
