Likely he was probationary at THIS department, probably after quietly resigning from or being fired by another department. Guessing that he likely has a long history of being a cop.

Maybe I’m weird, but I loved Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I thought it was really fun and had decent action. 

Glad 12 Monkeys was ahead of Fight club, I love Fight Club but 12 Monkeys was fucking great.

How did Snatch not make the list? It’s a pretty unique role in a movie that’s better than at least half the movies on this list. And it’s definitely memorable.
