I don’t think Milwaukee belongs in a discussion of supertall buildings. It does have two skyscrapers under construction, two more to begin construction in 2016, one awaiting approval and the largest in the city being discussed, none of them supertalls. Some cities have a character that doesn’t include tall buildings…
