Okay, officially not that skeptical about this game anymore. The gameplay in this clip actually seems like it would be fun compared to the previous ones they showed.
It doesn't seem like there will be a traditional world map, where castles and forests are basically shorthand for the actual places you visit, but at least it does seem like there will be a big open world, based on last month's road trip trailer. I just hope there's an airship.

If the designer/director believe that a female party character won't add anything to his game, then he should not feel guilty about doing that.
