I don’t live in an HOA, don’t need to. Our neighborhood is able to operate well as is. My neighbors who have boats, RV’s, trailers, or a large number of cars all pay to store them elsewhere. Neighborhood looks great, neighbors still get to have their hobbies. Good system if you ask me.

I’m a veteran and a homeowner, I agree with you 100% as a veteran i don’t get any special zoning privileges, I have to follow the same rules as everyone else.

They are any eyesore, and they make the neighborhood look like a circus, which hurts house prices. What’s so wrong with neighbors trying to maintain their house…
